Your purchase will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely to your home or place of business. However, if you receive a damaged item, please notify me immediately. Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Send me an email to email@example.com, attaching the photos and including your order number, and I will either refund you the cost of the product(s) or remake, and re-send them, depending on your preference.
If there is nothing wrong with your order but for some reason you wish to return it. (size doesn’t work where you wanted it, etc.) It may be returned within 15 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. After I have received the item(s), the buyer will be refunded for the price of the purchase minus the shipping fees. Refund will be made to original payment method within 2 days. The item(s) must be returned in brand new, saleable condition or no refund will be issued.
Personalized items (because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns cannot be accepted).
